Tradye Machine & Tool, Inc. is a full service machine shop. We have been doing machine work in Centerburg and the surrounding area since 1986. Our staff has over 80 years combined experience in the industry which includes CNC milling and lathe work, large capacity CNC screw machining with bar feeder, conventional milling and lathe work, grinding (surface, OD and ID), AWS/ASME certified welding (MIG, TIG, aluminum and stainless welding), cast iron repair, copper brazing, die design, die repair & sharpening, conventional & wire EDM, urethane molding (in short runs or large quantities), prototype plastic injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, fixture design, fabrication and custom designed equipment. Automated equipment is designed, built, installed and field serviced completely by Tradye. We have a large inventory of American standard and metric tooling, taps and reamers. Tradye has many outside sources for other services such as heat treating, chrome plating, powder coating and ceramic coating as well as sheet metal fabrication beyond our own capabilities. We also have a Renishaw digitizing system which we use for reverse engineering. We utilize TekSoft CAD/CAM systems for new design and reverse engineered drawings.
